How to attract more customers to a 90 m2 optical centre at street level?
Our obsession was to focus on increasing the sense of space through the idea of “transparent space”. We wanted the store itself outside the windowpane.
Our challenge:
Give maximum visibility to the shop area while preserving the office area and workshop.
Down to work:
Outside… we reconverted the entire facade. The result? An “obvious” store that was entirely conspicuous from the outside. Inside… we created modules and highly functional furniture to “camouflage” cabinets and the workshop. We put the focus on lighting: during the day, there is a storefront-windowpane open wide to space, and at night it becomes a spectacular store shining with its own light.
