How to keep on being “the optical centre of reference” in a rapidly changing environment?
Make the team understand that 15 years’ experience is so valuable! Clients need only switch their minds with a change of perception, moving from “traditional” to “trendy”. We should add value without removing anything… become a “trendy optical centre” but maintain current customer service: “exquisite”.

We designed a new logo and changed the corporate image, opened exposure to give the clients the freedom to come, look and test out without interference. We liberated them from the feeling of “being forced to buy”. Seeing, touching and trying was fun now! A store connected with the outside; a more fashionable look. Sunglasses in a spectacular range of colours; an outdoor exhibition area for experimentation; comfortable seats inviting the client to relax and enjoy… and nightlights: wow!
